Sparton NEMA Enclosures

Sparton designs and manufactures several product lines of NEMA enclosures. We can fabricate enclosures to the required NEMA rating your project requires, and we can include all of your custom features, accessories and "cut-outs". When your enclosures arrive on your dock, they will have the professional look, fit and finish that Sparon has become known for in our industry. All of our enclosures are designed and fabricated at our Hudson, New Hampshire facility.

Should you prefer, Sparton can manufacture enclosures and other parts from your drawings to provide a simplified purchasing solution for you. Our manufacturing capabilities are substantial ranging from precision sheet metal enclosures and parts to precision machined fighter jet parts.

Please note that any added features, cut-outs, holes, or enclosures not designed by Sparton will not be part of our design and engineered solution to meet the required NEMA ratings. Our factory certified enclosure designs do not include your customized features, as is also standard in the industry.

Custom Manufactured Enclosures

All of our enclosures are made from fabricated sheet metal, and are custom made to order. We generally use CRS, 304 SST or 316 SST, depending upon the nema requirement for your application.

Our most popular enclosures are NEMA 4 and NEMA 4x, constructed of welded 304 SST with a brushed finish.

Often we manufacture the enclosures along with other sheet metal and machined components for customers. We can be your one stop shop for your mechanical requirements including integration.
